This is a special edition of a medical education format that

I used to call "Bog Blogs" (they were originally a single page and designed to be put on the back of the toilet door!) and it tells the story of a patient we will call Bryn, who seemed to have gastroenteritis, but who died of small bowel volvulus. 

 

This medical education production was written in conjunction with his widow, whom we have called Fiona.
